6 months
It' s hard to believe that our little man is 6 months. At six months Zander enjoys being tickled, playing in the bath, with his food and while upside down. He is beginning to have conversations with us and also beginning to sleep through the night (yah!). Zander is able to sit on his own, although still looses his balance every once in a while and has three teeth now. We are enjoying being able to go more places with him, this month he has been to a few restaurants, on many errands, and even made a few visits to mommy's school. As I say each month, he becomes more fun with each month, he is definitely a keeper!

Trackside Pizza
We met Suzi, Baylee, Bobby and Connor at Trackside Pizza in downtown Puyallup for lunch Saturday. It has quickly became our new favorite restaurant. The pizza is great, kids get to make their own pizza, and it's right next to the train! Two passed by while we ate and Zander got to see his first train. Brandon took him outside so he could see it up close... it may have been a little too close.
He looks happy, but right after I took this picture they turned around
and Zander had on his classic frown.... maybe it was a little too close.

Connor making his OWN pizza. We were all a little jealous!
Isn't he the cutest boy you've ever seen?
First Run in with the Law
It all started on a beautiful sunny Saturday afternoon. Zander and I were on our way to Target to meet Suzi and do some shopping. As I make my way into Lakewood I notice a police car quickly pull out behind the car behind me. I quickly review my last driving maneuvers and feel confident I am not the one he is interested in. However, as the one lane becomes two, the officer quickly changes lanes and then gets right behind me and immediately turns on his lights. Ugh.... I am quickly irritated because I KNOW I did nothing wrong. So fine! Go ahead pull me over, I am innocent. I am however a little embarrassed that my son is witnessing all of this. So I give him my information and as he looks it over he points out that my tabs are expired! At this point I am not playing dumb I really had no idea and this of course is what I say to him. Luckily my son did not have to witness his mother being dragged out in handcuffs or getting a ticket... I was let off with a warning. I am hoping this will be Zander's first and last run in with the law.
